SPC ALIGNMENT SOLUTIONS
SPC started in the business of providing alignment shops with parts and tools to get the job done, the right way. Keeping up with the OE manufacturers is no small feat and the constant evolving engineering challenges our technical and engineering teams to continually evaluate and develop solutions to meet new vehicle requirements. Having the right part is only half of the equation and using the correct tool can be the difference between a profitable job and one where the customer is not satisfied. SPC works hard in finding solutions to real world alignment problems by listening to what alignment techs see everyday.
EX CAMS™ / EX SHIMS™
SPC pioneered the concept of an adjustable eccentric cam for use in two-bolt type strut suspensions. EZ Cams™ make non-adjustable struts adjustable up to ± 1.75˚ camber change. Head markings show where the cam is for maximum change and an easy to manipulate toothed washer provides positive or negative change. Sold as a pair and each part number includes a multitude of fitments - these should be on every alignment rack. EZ Shims™ are a full contact dual angle shim, consisting of only four part numbers, that corrects Toe and Camber with one shim. These easy to use shims are applicable to many rear shim-able FWD vehicles.

SPC adjustable control arms, whether that be a pair of off-road, trail ready pieces, or an adjustable toe link for a daily driven passenger car, feature easy on-car adjustment to optimize proper alignment angles and minimize vehicle wear.

In many cases the OE solutions don’t offer enough adjustment or perhaps none at all. This is where the SPC cam kits come into play and offer the alignment professional cost effective options to bring a customer’s vehicle back into proper alignment specs.
